Position Summary:
Superior Power Testing is hiring a Project Manager to lead electrical acceptance and maintenance testing projects from bid through final report. You will plan scopes, schedule field crews, keep clients informed, and deliver safe, on-budget, NETA-compliant work on substations, switchgear, transformers, and protective systems.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee LV, MV & HV testing, maintenance & commissioning
- Generate estimates & budgets that maintain profit margins
- Order materials, equipment & subcontract services
- Coordinate daily, weekly & forecasted work schedules
- Provide technicians weekly job scopes & schedules
- Meet with customers & keep client communication ongoing
- Site walkdowns & field visits to monitor project status
- Answer field & customer calls to resolve issues promptly
- Assist with frequent after-hours calls
- Compile field reports into final submittals on time
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2+ years in electrical testing & commissioning of medium- and high-voltage systems, or electrical project management, specifically in industrial or power systems.
